I am in the insurance industry and have to depend on experts in different fields.  Tom Cloud has been my go to guy for my customer needs on metals & diamonds for over 20 years.  I have done well over 100 transactions with him and never once had a problem or complaint.  I appreciate that he has a heart of service.  He is never too busy to answer our questions no matter how insignificant they might sound. When my clients have sold metals or diamonds he has always processed those requests in a very timely fashion. I also appreciate that he is Christian man that does what he says he will.
